Originally released in 2006 as a Player Exclusive (PE) edition, this model was one of the hardest-to-find items in Kobe's sneaker catalog. To commemorate its 20th anniversary, Nike has decided to bring this classic design to the general market.
The shoe's design faithfully reproduces the original details, featuring a construction of obsidian denim fabric in varying shades. The toe box and Swoosh use dark denim, while the side panels are accented with a lighter, washed-out texture. Bright orange stitching and the embroidered sheath logo on the heel create a striking contrast, showcasing a highly recognizable off-court aesthetic.
