What is Deal Sharing:
When users discover great discounts or good deals, they can share them with us by submitting deal tips. When your deal submission is selected and published in either the Deal Sharing section or the homepage discount area, you'll receive corresponding points, coins, and gift card rewards. Deal gift cards can be exchanged for Amazon gift cards at any time through our redemption store.

1. What is the Discount Section? What is the Deal Sharing Section?
Discount Section: The homepage that appears when you open the Dealmoon app or visit the Dealmoon website.
Deal Sharing Section: The page you reach by clicking the "Share Deals & Get Gift Cards" button in the Dealmoon app or by clicking on the "Share Deals" section on the Dealmoon homepage.
2. How do I know if my deal submission is later than others?
After submitting your deal, it first goes through automatic system verification, then our editors manually review it. Please check the timestamp in the notification you receive for duplicate deals.
3. Why does my deal show as "already exists" but the discount in the Discount Section appears after mine?
The time displayed on discount posts shows the most recent update time (including deal upgrades, new products added, post pinning, etc.), not the original submission time from users.
4. My deal was selected for the homepage, but why isn't my name shown as the deal submitter the next day?
When deal information changes (including additional discounts, gifts with purchase, restocked items, etc.), newer deal submissions may be used to update the post, and that user's name will be displayed as the deal submitter. However, all deal submission history is preserved, so don't worry.
5. How can my deal submission be selected?
- First, your submitted deal must comply with the Deal Submission Rules.
- Additionally, choosing deals with significant price advantages and strong promotions, along with a thoughtful title and persuasive recommendation, increases your chances of being selected for the homepage Discount Section!

7. I submitted an Amazon deal that's still available for purchase. Why was it rejected for "incomplete information"?
Amazon deals must not only comply with our general submission rules, but information may also vary between different accounts and regions. Our editors additionally verify whether the discount applies to most users.
8. How do I appeal if I have problems with my deal submission?
- Please use the "One-Click Appeal" feature.
- On the mobile app, tap the "Me" icon in the bottom right → "My Posts" → "Deals"
- On the website, click your username in the top right → "My Deals"
