What is a Deal Tip:
When users spot a great deal or an amazing price on a product, they can submit a deal tip to let us know. Once a tip is selected and published to the Deal Tips section or the homepage Deals section, you'll earn points, coins, and gift card rewards. Tip gift cards can be redeemed anytime in the Rewards Center for Amazon/Starbucksgift cards.

1. What is the Deals section? What is the Deal Tips section?
Deals section: The homepage that displays when you open the Dealmoon app or visit the Dealmoon website.
Deal Tips section: The deal tips channel page you reach by tapping the "Submit a Tip" button in the Dealmoon app, or by clicking the "Deal Tips" section on the Dealmoon homepage.
2. How do I know if my tip was submitted later than others?
After filling out your tip and hitting submit, the system first runs an automatic check, then our editors manually review it. Please check the timestamp on the duplicate deal notification you receive.
3. Why does my tip show as "already exists," but the deal on the Deals page was posted after mine?
The time shown on a deal post is the most recent update time (including deal upgrades, new product listings, post pinning, etc.), not the original submission time.
4. My tip was selected for the homepage, but the next day I'm no longer listed as the contributor. Why?
When a deal's information changes (including new additional discounts, free gift with purchase, restocked items, etc.), a newly submitted tip may be used to update the deal post, and that user's name will then appear as the contributor. All tip history is preserved, so no worries.
5. How can I get my tip selected?
- First, your submitted tip must comply with the 《Deal Tip Rules》.
- Additionally, deals with clear price advantages and strong promotions, paired with a catchy title and compelling recommendation, are more likely to be featured on the homepage Deals section!
6. Where do I submit my deal tips?

7. I submitted an Amazon deal that's still orderable, but why does it say "incomplete information"?
Amazon deals not only need to follow the deal tip rules, but since information can vary by account and region, our editors also verify that the deal applies to the majority of users.
8. How do I appeal if I run into issues with my tip?
- Please use the "One-Click Appeal" feature to submit your appeal.
- On the mobile app, tap "Me" in the bottom right corner → "My Posts" → "Deal Tips"
- On the web, click your "Username" in the top right corner → "My Deal Tips"

: Hi dear, once a deal is submitted, it cannot be modified or deleted. If you find any errors after submission, Junjun suggests submitting it again.
