What is a Deal Tip:
When users find great deals or good prices on items, they can submit a deal tip to let us know. If the tip is selected and published in the Deal Tips section or on the homepage deals section, users will receive corresponding points, coins, and gift card rewards. Deal tip gift cards can be redeemed anytime in the Rewards Center for Amazon/Starbucksgift cards.

1. What is the Deals Section? What is the Deal Tips Section?
Deals Section: The homepage displayed when you open the Dealmoon app or visit the Dealmoon website.
Deal Tips Section: Accessible by tapping the "Submit a Deal Tip" button in the Dealmoon app, or by clicking the "Deal Tips" section on the Dealmoon website homepage. This leads to the deal tips channel page.
2. How do I know if my deal tip was submitted later than others?
After you fill in and submit your deal tip, the system will automatically check it first, and then our editors will manually review it. Please check the timestamp on the duplicate deal notification you receive.
3. Why does my deal tip show as already existing, but the deal in the Deals section was posted after mine?
The time displayed on a deal post is the last time it was updated (including deal upgrades, new product listings, post pinning, etc.), not the user's original submission time.
4. My deal tip was selected and published on the homepage, but the next day I was no longer listed as the submitter. Why?
If the information in the deal changes (including adding extra discounts, adding gifts with purchase, restocking items in the promotion, etc.), a newly submitted deal tip will be used to update the deal post. The submitter's username will then be updated to that user's name. However, all operation history for the deal tip is retained, so there's no need to worry.
5. How can my deal tip be selected?
- First, the submitted deal tip must comply with the 《Deal Tip Rules》.
- Additionally, choosing deals with clear price advantages and strong promotional offers, paired with a compelling title and convincing recommendation, will increase your chances of being featured on the homepage Deals section!

7. I submitted an Amazon deal tip. It's still available to purchase, so why does it say "Incomplete Information"?
Amazon deal tips must not only comply with the relevant rules, but the information can also vary for different accounts and regions. Our editors will also verify if the deal works for the majority of users.
8. How do I appeal if I encounter an issue with my deal tip?
- Please use the "One-Click Appeal" feature to submit your appeal.
- On the mobile app, tap "Me" in the bottom right corner → "My Posts" → "Deal Tips"
- On the web, click your "Username" in the top right corner → "My Deal Tips"
