What is a Tip-off:
Users who discover great deals, great prices, or great products can submit a tip-off to let Junjun know. If a tip-off is selected and published in the Tip-off Zone or the homepage deals section, users will receive corresponding points, gold coins, and gift card rewards. Tip-off gift cards can be redeemed anytime in the Rewards Mall for Amazon/Starbucksgift cards.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the Deals Section? What is the Tip-off Zone?
Deals Section: Open the Dealmoon app or visit the Dealmoon website, and this is the homepage shown directly.
Tip-off Zone: Tap the "Submit Tip-off for Gift Card" button in the Dealmoon app, or click the "Deal Tip-off" section on the Dealmoon homepage to enter the Tip-off channel page.
2. How do I know if my tip-off was submitted later than others?
After you fill in and submit your tip-off, the system automatically identifies it first, then our editors will manually review it. Please check the timestamp of the duplicate deal mentioned in your notification.
3. Why does my tip-off say "already exists," but the deal on the deals section came out after mine?
The time shown on a deal post is the most recent update time of the deal (including deal upgrades, new product listings, post pinning, etc.), not the user's original submission time.
4. My tip-off was selected for the homepage. Why isn't the submitter still me the next day?
If there are changes to info in the deal (including adding extra discounts, adding bonuses for spending thresholds, restocking items in the promotion, etc.), a new tip-off submitted later will be used to update the deal post. The submitter for that post will then display that user's username. However, all historical records of submissions are retained, so there's no need to worry.
5. How can my tip-off be selected?
- First, any submitted tip-off must comply with the Tip-off Rules.
- Besides that, choose a deal with clear price advantage and strong promotional power. Pair it with a heartfelt title and a convincing recommendation. This gives you a better chance of being selected for homepage discounts!

7. I submitted an Amazon tip-off. It still shows I can place an order. Why does it say "incomplete info"?
Amazon tips must not only follow the relevant rules for tip-offs, but since information can vary by account and region, our editors also need to verify whether the deal applies to the majority of users.
8. How do I complain if I have issues with a tip-off?
- Use the "One-Click Appeal" function to complain.
- On the app, tap "Me" in the bottom right, then "My Posts," then "Tip-offs."
- On the web, click your "Username" in the top right, then "My Tip-offs"
9. None of the above FAQs solves my confusion. What should I do?

: Hi dear, once a deal is submitted, it cannot be modified or deleted. If you find any errors after submission, Junjun suggests submitting it again.
