What is a deal tip:
When you spot a great discount or a good deal on a great product, you can let us know by submitting a deal tip. If your tip is selected and published in the Deals section or the homepage deals area, you'll earn points, coins, and gift card rewards. Tip gift cards can be redeemed anytime in the rewards store for Amazon or Starbucks gift cards.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the Deals area? What is the Tips section?
Deals area: The homepage that appears when you open the Dealmoon app or log in to the Dealmoon website.
Tips section: The tips channel page you enter by tapping the "Submit a tip, earn gift cards" button in the Dealmoon app, or by clicking the "Deal Tips" section on the Dealmoon homepage.
2. How do I know if my tip was submitted later than someone else's?
After you fill in your tip and click submit, the first step is automatic system screening, and the second step is manual review by our editors. Please check the timestamp of the duplicate deal in the notification you receive.
3. Why does my tip show as already existing, but the deal in the Deals area appeared after mine?
The time shown on a deal post is the most recent update time of that deal (including deal upgrades, new product additions, post pinning, etc.), not the user's original submission time.
4. My tip was selected and published on the homepage, so why is someone else listed as the tipster the next day?
When deal information changes (including new extra discounts, added gift-with-purchase offers, restocked items in an event, etc.), a later-submitted tip will be used to update the deal post, and the post will show that user's username as the tipster. But all tip operation history is retained, so don't worry.
5. How does my tip get selected?
- Submitted tips must first comply with the Tip Rules.
- Beyond that, choose deals with clear price advantages and strong promotions, paired with a thoughtful title and persuasive reasons to recommend, and you'll have a better chance of being featured in the homepage deals area!

7. I submitted an Amazon tip, and it's clearly still available to order, so why does it say "incomplete information"?
Amazon tips must not only comply with the relevant tip rules, but since information varies across different accounts and regions, our editors will also double-check whether the discount applies to most users.
8. How do I appeal if I run into a problem with my tip?
- Please use the "One-Click Appeal" feature to appeal.
- On the mobile app, tap "Me" in the bottom right → "My Posts" → "Tips"
- On desktop, click "Username" in the top right → "My Tips"

: Hi dear, once a deal is submitted, it cannot be modified or deleted. If you find any errors after submission, Junjun suggests submitting it again.
