The cold plasma was also great, though the smell wasn’t great. Later, when I got the confirmation email, I realized I’d ordered the wrong vitamin C cream and tried to cancel, but it was already "dispatched." All this happened within 30 minutes, yet they wouldn’t let me cancel—I had to receive it and pay for return shipping myself! Then the next day, I got an email saying my order had shipped! Complaint 2. Price matching is only allowed within 24 hours. I just bought the 30-day travel set for over $54, and before I even received it, I saw a promo for $25. Customer service said they couldn’t price-match. If I wanted to return it, I’d have to pay for shipping again! Spending so much on marketing, yet their policies are completely out of touch with market trends—what’s the point? I won’t be shopping with them a third time! 槽点1. Return policy在美国为什么能生存下来？ 我一定要吐槽一下他们的policy！我第一次用他们家的产品是之前那个付6块运费就送一个套装的。其中那个vitamin c series的PHOTO-BRIGHTENING MOISTURIZER BROAD SPECTRUM SPF 30种草了。结果就想去买正装，买了两瓶正装和其他东西，那个cold plasma也好用的就是味道不好闻。后来发确认邮件给我的时候，我发现vitamin c面霜买错了，想cancel就cancel不了了，说已经dispatch了。前后就是30分钟的事，就cancel不了，一定要收到货，自己给运费退！结果第二天才收到邮件说我的订单发货！ 槽点2. Price match只能24小时以内。刚买了那个30天的旅行装，54块多，我还没收到货就看到有促销25。问客服，客服说match不了。想退又要自己花运费！ 花这么多钱去推销，结果公司的policy一点也不顺应市场趋势，有什么意义？ 不会再在这家店消费第三次！
