Even for minor issues, you have to send back the entire base station, main unit, and all accessories. When it was returned, it wasn't even cleaned properly—it had an extra layer of dirt compared to before I sent it, and there was even a strand of hair in the clean water tank. Maybe it sucked up some dirt during testing? But after testing, you should clean it up for me, right? The key issue is that it doesn't clean well. I spilled a little coffee powder on the floor and let it clean up. It managed to sweep up about 3/4 of it, but the remaining 1/4 got scattered everywhere. Then it just went back to its dock and left it like that. After it finishes sweeping and mopping, if I go over the floor again with my Dyson, I still find quite a bit of dust. I contacted customer service, and they said the warranty had expired and I'd have to pay for repairs.
