- Enjoy free returns if your return package is scanned by the carrier within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition (unworn, unused, unopened, unaltered, and unwashed), with original packaging intact and all tags (including seals and security tags) retained.
- Returns made between days 16 and 30 incur a $10 return label fee per order; returns after 30 days are not accepted.
- Final Sale items are non-returnable.
- Shoes must include the original shoebox, and the box must remain in its original condition without any shipping labels affixed.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Cash-on-delivery packages may be refused, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund.
