Trade Anything Day (December 6)
Customers can bring almost any physical item to GameStop to exchange for store credit. This is a promotional event with the selling point of "anything can be traded."
1. What can you bring?
- Any safe, legal, dry physical item that doesn't contain lithium batteries
- Not limited to gaming items - includes household goods, decorative items, unusual objects, etc.
- Must fit inside a 20×20×20 inch box
- You can bring multiple items
2. Store employees have final decision authority
Even if items meet the criteria, employees can refuse them for safety, value, or policy reasons
- ❌ Main excluded items
(A) Dangerous items prohibited
- Chemicals, hazardous waste
- Any liquids
- Weapons, ammunition
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs (legal or illegal)
- Items containing lithium batteries
(B) Sensitive items prohibited
- Live or dead animals (🟢 taxidermy specimens are acceptable)
- Pornographic items
- Items resembling human body parts
(C) Most large or tech items prohibited
- All computer products:
- Desktop computers, laptops, tablets, e-readers, VR devices, devices with processors (exception: MacBooks that GameStop normally accepts)
- Peripheral devices: monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, 3D printers
- Other electronics:
- MP3 players, DVD/VCR players, DVRs, set-top boxes, projectors
- Televisions
- Small servers
(D) Valuable or financial items prohibited
- Any form of currency, gift cards
- Jewelry

: Only God of War Ragnarök has Chinese language support. Friendly reminder: I'm not sure about Mt. Sheep Foot, but The Last of Us Part I & II and Spider-Man 2 do not support Chinese. However, the lack of Chinese doesn't affect the experience much for The Last of Us series. 只有战神5有中文，友情提示，羊蹄山没玩儿不清楚，美末1和2 还有蜘蛛侠2都不支持中文，不过美末系列影响不算大。
