: Same here! Customer service said it's a reshipment but didn't clarify whether we have to wait for the return before resending... They claimed it would arrive by 3/19 using the original tracking, but there's still no update. The FedEx tracking doesn't show domestic logistics, and the US side hasn't received it either... So frustrating. Feels like this big company is toying with consumers. 我跟你一样啊!客服告诉我说reshipment但是没说是要等return回去再重发…而且客服说3/19前能到,说是用原来的tracking就可以,结果现在依旧没有任何消息,因为那个Fedex的tracking根本不会显示在国内的人物流状况,美国这边的Fedex又还没收到货…真的很无语…这么大一个公司感觉在玩弄消费者
