: I advise everyone to steer clear of Chow Sang Sang. The experience of Chow Sang Sang losing a valuable item and denying compensation is truly outrageous and eye-opening for me. On January 17, 2025, I ordered a gold bracelet from Chow Sang Sang's Hong Kong official website, shipped from Hong Kong to the USA. Within a year, it had serious quality issues one after another: first, the central decoration/pattern fell off for no reason, and later, even more shockingly, the bracelet suddenly broke without any warning. This can't be explained away as "normal wear and tear." I followed their instructions and mailed the broken bracelet back for repair, and they confirmed receipt, saying they would inspect and repair it. Then came the truly absurd part: After I mailed the broken bracelet in early November last year, throughout the entire repair process, they provided almost no proactive or transparent updates. I kept waiting until December 30th when I felt something was wrong—hadn't it been repaired after all this time? Only when I proactively asked about the progress was I informed for the first time: they had already mailed the repaired item back, and the shipping status showed "Delivered." In other words, for a valuable jewelry repair item worth several hundred dollars, what happened during return shipping, what the tracking number was, when it was shipped, when it arrived—I, as the recipient, was not properly informed at all. I only found out "it was delivered on November 26th" after pressing them. Even more outrageous, later, the FedEx Proof of Delivery (POD) was found, showing the recipient/signatory as "E.L / E.Ls" (I don't know them at all and never authorized anyone to sign on my behalf). The signature is so scribbled it's unidentifiable, but it's definitely not mine. I didn't travel in November, never received any FedEx package, and never signed for it. Moreover, the address on the POD only includes the building number, not even my complete unit information, which seems more like a misdelivery/incomplete delivery. Next, I spent a huge amount of time repeatedly arguing and questioning Chow Sang Sang, only to get the same runaround: "We are waiting for FedEx's investigation," "Please be patient," over and over again. They kept delaying, saying results would come in 7-14 business days, which has long passed. After my latest follow-up, today they directly sent a very brief email saying: FedEx considers it correctly delivered and signed for, processed without error, so they refuse to refund or reship. I must say, this handling is extremely unreasonable and irresponsible: I didn't receive it, the signature isn't mine—it's obvious if you compare the signatures—and in the end, the consumer has to bear the loss. So where is this so-called after-sales service and guarantee? Not to mention this bracelet broke twice within a year; the quality itself is already extremely disappointing. The after-sales customer service experience is terrible! Other merchants would refund or replace as appropriate; I've never seen one that so blatantly disregards facts, shirks responsibility, and offers nothing but unhelpful runaround in every chat! Sisters planning to buy from Chow Sang Sang online really need to think twice, and I hope more people see this to avoid stepping into the same pit. Chow Sang Sang—avoid for life! 劝大家避雷周生。周生生丢失贵重物品否认不赔付体验真的太极品,让我开眼界。2025/1/17 我在周生生香港官网下单一条金手链,从香港寄到美国,结果一年内质量问题连续爆雷:先是中间装饰/图案无故掉落,后面更夸张的是手链毫无预兆突然断裂,这已经不是“正常磨损”能解释的了。我按他们要求把手链寄回返修,对方也确认收到,说会质检维修。然后真正离谱的来了: 我去年11月初寄出断裂手链后,整个返修过程中他们几乎没有任何主动透明的通知,我一直在等,直到 12/30 我觉得不对劲,过了这么久了还没修好吗?于是,我主动问进度,我才第一次被告知:他们早就把返修件寄回了,而且物流状态还显示 Delivered。也就是说,一个几百美金的贵重首饰返修件,寄回途中发生了什么、tracking 是什么、什么时候寄出、什么时候到——我作为收件人完全没有被正常告知,是我逼问才知道“11/26已经送达”。更离谱的是,后续找到了FedEx 的 Proof of Delivery 上标注这单签收人写的是 “E.L / E.Ls”(我根本不认识,也从未授权任何人代签),这么潦草根本也辨认不出是谁但绝对不是本人,11月我本人未出远门,也从未收到任何fedex包裹、也从未签过名。而且 POD 上的地址只写到楼号甚至没有我的完整单元信息,这更像是误投递/投递不完整。接下来我花费大量时间和周生生反复理论、追问,得到的就是不断“我们在等FedEx调查”“请耐心等待”的车轱辘话,一拖再拖,说7-14个工作日有结果,目前已经远超过了时间,直到我最近一次跟进后,今天他们直接发邮件非常简洁说:FedEx 认为已经正确送达并签收、处理无误,所以他们拒绝退款/拒绝补寄。 我必须说,这种处理方式非常离谱,不负责任:我没收到、签名不是我,很明显拿出签名对比就知道,最后消费者要自己承担损失——那这种售后和保障到底在哪里?更别提这条手链一年内坏两次,质量本身就已经让人极度失望。售后客服体验极差!别的商家都是该退退该补补,没见过这样睁眼说瞎话不尊重事实、推脱责任以及每次聊天都是车轱辘话没有任何实质帮助!打算网购周生生的姐妹真的要三思,也希望更多人看到别再踩坑。周生生一生避雷!
