: I've tried the probiotic one. I don't really rely on it; I just take one a day when I have a few days of uncomfortable bowel movements (BM), and it usually helps me feel better after a few days. My digestion is generally good, but one time I took it for a few days when I didn't even need it, and I ended up getting diarrhea. : The stress one is amazing! After taking it, nothing bothers me anymore and my mood is so much better. The sleep one (3mg melatonin) is just so-so, the effect is really slow. stress那个超好用，吃完啥都不在乎了，心情真的很好，sleep褪黑素3mg的有点一般，药效发挥特别慢

: Melatonin really depends on the person. Personally, my sleep is generally fine, but during high-stress times when I can't sleep, I take one and get some deep rest. I have a friend with chronic insomnia and she says it doesn’t help much. The melatonin content is only 3mg, so it’s a bit low, but if your situation is like mine, taking it occasionally is fine and it won’t cause any dependence. 褪黑素因人而异，我个人睡眠基本问题不大，有的时候压力大会睡不着，吃一颗睡的还挺沉，我有个算是长期失眠的朋友她就觉得没太有用，褪黑素含量只有3mg确实是有点少，如果你和我情况差不多的话，偶尔吃还是可以的，也不会有依赖性
