: Placed an order during Cyber Monday with an AMEX offer—spend $60, get $15 back. The makeup brushes were backordered then. So when my $69 order shipped, only $47 was charged, making me ineligible for the $15. Yesterday, I saw the brushes were back in stock. Today, I eagerly contacted customer service to ask when they’d charge and ship, but after dragging their feet for ages, they told me it’d take 2-3 weeks to ship. By then, my AMEX offer will have expired. Asked if they could expedite—nope. The excitement I felt when ordering has now turned into sheer frustration. $15 gone!
