: The customer service on the US official website is really terrifying. I placed an order on December 2nd. On December 13th, it showed it was in Chino. As of today, December 27th, it's still in Chino. I've sent emails to customer service, but they've disappeared without a trace. I have no idea what's going on. You make so much money, at least improve your after-sales service a bit. 美国官网售后也太恐怖了。12/2号下单的。12/13显示在chino。到今天12/27还在chino。写邮件去客服石沉大海。都不知道到底什么情况。赚那么多好歹售后提高一下吧
