Shipping Process
After placing an order, the merchant will send a Confirmation Email to your registered email within 1-2 business days. Once the product is officially shipped, a tracking email will be sent again to your registered email. Under normal circumstances, the product is expected to be delivered within 7-15 business days. (International shipping may experience delays)
Return Policy
Returns can be requested within 90 days from the order date. After submitting the return request, the package must be shipped within 14 days. The merchant covers the first return shipping cost for each order. For the second return request on the same order or returns requested after the 90-day period, a $7.99 shipping fee will apply.
