: I have to rant about their policy! The first time I used their product was through that deal where you pay $6 for shipping and get a set. I really liked the Vitamin C series PHOTO-BRIGHTENING MOISTURIZER BROAD SPECTRUM SPF 30. So, I decided to buy the full-sized product, along with two full-sized bottles and other items. The cold plasma is also good but the smell is not pleasant. Later, when I received the confirmation email, I noticed I ordered the wrong Vitamin C cream and wanted to cancel it, but I couldn't because it was supposedly already dispatched. This happened in just 30 minutes, and I couldn't cancel; I had to receive the package and pay the return shipping myself! But then I got an email the next day saying my order was shipped! 我一定要吐槽一下他们的policy！我第一次用他们家的产品是之前那个付6块运费就送一个套装的。其中那个vitamin c series的PHOTO-BRIGHTENING MOISTURIZER BROAD SPECTRUM SPF 30种草了。结果就想去买正装，买了两瓶正装和其他东西，那个cold plasma也好用的就是味道不好闻。后来发确认邮件给我的时候，我发现vitamin c面霜买错了，想cancel就cancel不了了，说已经dispatch了。前后就是30分钟的事，就cancel不了，一定要收到货，自己给运费退！结果第二天才收到邮件说我的订单发货！
