: I’ve seen lots of people say their Dunks aren’t comfortable. Personally, I feel like Nike’s quality has dropped a lot in the past couple of years—the fit isn’t great and the leather is so much stiffer compared to the pairs I bought in 2022. But at least customer service is decent. I had two pairs—Dunks and AJs—that were really uncomfortable, even after having them for over half a year. I contacted customer service, sent photos, shipped them back for a quality exam, and ended up getting a full refund. 看到很多说买了dunk穿着不舒服，个人体验是，这两年的nike质量变差很多，版型差劲，皮质硬，比我2022年买的那些舒适度差太远了。但是客服还挺好，我2双--dunk和aj，实在很难受，买了大半年了，联系客服，发了照片什么的，寄回去quality exam，成功给我退全款了
