- Shipping Process: After placing an order, the merchant will send a Confirmation Email to your registered email within 1-2 business days. Once the item is officially shipped, a tracking email will be sent to your registered email. Unless there are special circumstances, the item is expected to arrive within 7-15 business days. (International shipping may experience delays)
- Return Process: Return requests can be made within 90 days from the order date. Once the request is submitted, the package must be shipped within 14 days.
