Submit a Claim Form and Get a cash payment
- If you purchased beef products between August 1, 2014 and December 31, 2019, you may be eligible for a cash settlement, regardless of the amount spent or whether you have receipts.
- Case background: Several major beef processors (Tyson, Cargill, JBS, National Beef) were accused of conspiring to limit beef supply and raise prices. Currently, Tyson + Cargill have reached a settlement totaling $87.5 million.
- Eligible products: Fresh or frozen beef products such as steaks, brisket, tenderloin, sirloin, etc. Not eligible: Prime grade, organic, grass-fed, Wagyu, ground beef, marinated/seasoned/cooked beef products.
- How to claim: Visit the official website, complete the Claim Form; enter purchase dates & beef types; select "no proof" if you don't have receipts; submit and wait for notification.
- Settlement amount = total settlement ÷ number of claimants
- Deadline: June 30, 2026
