: I will never buy cakes from this company again. Ordered on March 2nd, scheduled for delivery on the 8th, and even received an email confirmation of the order. By the 10th, it still hadn't arrived. When I messaged customer service, they said they don't work on weekends. Called customer service on Monday, and they said they couldn't find the order. They claimed they would ship immediately and it would arrive on Tuesday. It's honestly hilarious. Needed the cake for a birthday on the 8th, and such a big company didn't even apologize... truly disappointing ☹️☹️☹️ speechless 😓 以后都不会买它家的蛋糕了，3月2号下单….安排预定8号到，还给我邮件发了确认訂單，到10号还没有送到，发信息问客服说什么周末没有上班，星期一打客服电话说没有看见预定订单….说什么现在马上发货星期二马上到，真的好好笑8号生日要蛋糕，怎么大的公司道歉都没有….跌破眼镜☹️☹️☹️无语😓
