: It depends on the brand; they're not all the same. Anyway, you can control the spice level by adjusting the chili oil packet. Taste it first before adding it. 要看不同牌子都不太一样的，反正辣油包你可以自己控制的，你放之前尝一下

: It's okay, I don't think it's very spicy. If you can't handle much spice, you can put less. The chopped chili flavor is quite strong, more noticeable than the Houttuynia cordata taste. 还可以我觉着不是很辣，不太能吃辣可以控制少放点，剁椒味比较重，比折耳根味道更明显点
