: For insomnia caused by nervous tension, you can try this. I find jujube seed tea quite helpful for sleep too—not sure if the mimosa tea works for your mom. 神经紧张导致的失眠可以喝这个，我喝酸枣仁茶也蛮助睡眠的，不知道你妈妈喝合欢花茶有没有效果
