: My favorite Qingtuan flavor is still salted egg yolk. I used to only eat red bean paste ones, but once I tried the salted egg yolk, I couldn't forget it. 最喜欢的青团口味还是蛋黄的 以前都是吃豆沙的 尝过蛋黄的就忘不掉了

Qingtuan is in the soft and chewy mochi-like category, and its outer skin can even be pulled into strands, while a salted egg yolk pastry is crumbly—they’re not the same at all. The texture is a bit like daifuku, and the main flavors are salted egg yolk and pork floss. There’s also a slight hint of bitterness from the mugwort, just a tiny bit. 口感完全不是啊 青团属于糯叽叽系列的,外皮甚至能拉丝,蛋黄酥会掉渣 不一样的 口感有点像大福,口味就是蛋黄和肉松的主调 会有一点艾叶的苦味就一点点
