回复 @麻辣那个香锅阿 : Exfoliate weekly, change pillowcases often, and moisturize well. If it persists, see a dermatologist—don't risk scarring. 每週磨砂/去角質，枕頭套也勤換，還有一定要做好保濕。如果持續下去就看看皮膚科醫生吧，別弄得一臉痘印啊。
