When you notice leakage, it means it's time to change the tampon, and the excess will go onto the pad, giving you plenty of time to get to the bathroom. This is especially useful on heavy flow days or the second-to-last day when the endometrial lining sheds, causing a sudden surge in flow. With this method, you don’t have to worry about nighttime leaks either—just sleep as usual. The tampon stays securely in place without any discomfort, so there’s no need to worry at night. Tampons also come in various sizes; for heavy flow, use the plus size. Anyway, I’ve never had a leak with this method. 超过棉棒的量就会漏，所以我都是棉棒➕卫生巾。当你察觉到漏，说明该换棉棒了，而此时多的量就会到卫生巾上，给你充足时间去厕所。特别是量多时，或者倒数第二天，最后的内膜脱落，会一下子冲出来很多量。这个方法，也不用怕夜漏，该怎么睡怎么睡，棉棒放好在体内不会有感觉，所以晚上不用担心。棉棒也有很多尺寸，量多用plus.反正我用这个方法从来都没有漏过。
