When we discovered the toothbrush was defective, I muttered to myself, "At least it was a gift, so it doesn't hurt as much. Just a shame it was all for nothing." That's when my husband finally came clean, which really annoyed me. Honestly, for over a decade, our whole family has been using this brand of toothbrush—we've bought countless ones and even sent several to family in Mainland China—and we've never encountered a defective one before. How strange! 这么久了，收据应该早不在，算了自认倒霉吧！是我老公聊天时可能提了下牙刷的事，我同事就去买了送给我，后面我老公觉得不好意思又偷偷把钱塞给他！又不敢问买多少钱，买了两把就直接塞了$600，直到发现牙刷是坏的，我在那嘀咕着说：“还好是人家送的就不会那么心疼了，只能说是可惜了 白送一场，然后我老公才跟我坦白，把我给气了下，说实话 十几年了全家大小都是用这牙刷买了N把了，还买了好几把送国内的家人，都没发现过有坏的，奇怪！

My husband didn't know I already bought some and had his colleague help purchase two 9500 individually packaged ones, lying to me that they were gifts from his colleague. No idea where they were bought from. They've been stockpiled for three years, and now when I take them out, they're all broken. 回复 @匿名用户 : Addendum: The pink rechargeable glass mouthpiece/cup broke. I contacted customer service to ask where I could buy a matching one, and they sent me one for free. This was about five or six years ago. 补充：粉色的那个可充电的玻璃口杯碎了，跟客服联系问哪里可以买到配套的，他们直接免费发给了我一只。这是大概五六年前的事情了。
