回复 @Aviva999 : Most health pots come with just a kettle or a stainless steel filter, but this one caught my eye because of its glass inner pot, which is great for cooking ingredients like red dates and snow fungus. I've been using it for a while now—just make sure to clean the edges and crevices thoroughly. : Pretty nice, it comes with an extra stew pot compared to the basic health pot. If you need to stew something in a water bath, it works for that too. You can also take it out and brew floral teas or whatever, no problem. I've made red bean water with it—the beans don't get super soft, but for just drinking red bean water, it’s no big deal. 挺好的，比基础的养生壶多一个炖盅，有需要隔水炖的那种也能用，也能拿出来煮花茶啥的都没问题，我煮过红豆水，豆子煮不烂，但是就喝个红豆水问题不大

: A whole big fish probably won't fit, but you can fit about 3-4 egg tarts side by side. So as long as the fish isn't bigger than that, it should be fine. 一整条很大的应该是不太行，大概横向能放3-4个蛋挞的样子，不超过这个大小的鱼差不多就行

: I haven't used Bear/Joyoung, but I use the Buydeem brand. I also bought it from Huaren.com, and I've used it for many years; it's very practical and durable. 小熊的沒用過 但是我用北鼎牌的 也是華人網買的 用了對很多年 很實用又耐用
