: I've always used a silk pillowcase, and I rarely get static, even though I'm prone to it. I haven't used a silk shower cap, so I don't know about that. 一直用的真丝枕套，不大会有静电，我还是个电娃体质。浴帽没用过真丝的，不知道了。
