: Everyone must check the production date. You can easily find it by searching online to avoid applying expired products on your face. At the beginning of this month, there was a 50% off sale, and I bought two bottles of essence. However, after checking the code 40X31U on the bottom of the outer packaging, I found out it was produced in March 2023. It will expire in just a few days. I called the Mandarin customer service, and they said as long as the production date hasn't expired, they can ship the products to buyers. I asked, "What should I do if it expires just a few days after I open it?" The customer service replied, "How much you buy is your own decision." Oh my goodness... This service is really disappointing. 大家一定要查看生产日期，网上一搜就知道，以免往脸上涂过期的产品。 这个月初有五折，我买了两瓶精华液，但是查看外包装的瓶底的code 40X31U，一查发现是03/2023生成的。还几天就过期了。打电话找普通话客服，客服说只要生成日期没过期，都可以发货给买家。我就说我开了几天就会过期那怎么办，客服却说买多少是你自己决定。我的天......这服务很让人失望。

Check if the shipping address and billing address match. If it still doesn't work, try using PayPal or attempt the payment on a computer. 是shipping method payment method什么的都过了，就差付钱了是么，你看看邮寄地址和billing address一不一致，要是还不行的话试试paypal，或者用电脑付款试下
