After purchasing, I replaced it with a slightly larger solar panel, which can charge even without direct sunlight. The original one wouldn’t charge at all without sun. Honestly, most other products with just a battery (no power connection) can’t guarantee 100% continuous recording. At least with my two solar-powered devices and the doorbell, they’ve been working fine for over two years without any issues. Also, I didn’t buy the Homebase and just use 2G, but I haven’t experienced any issues with live viewing—it works anytime. 太阳能的那个，其实app说了，想每时每刻拍得连电源，不想，得差不多接近80以上的电能保证9成左右拍到，电量越低越不怎么拍，我是买了后换了个大一点的太阳能板，白天没太阳直射也能充到电，原装的没有太阳完全不充电的。反正其他产品只有电池不插电源基本不能保证百分百一直拍到的。至少我两个太阳能，加门铃都还好，用了两年多了，坏倒是还没坏，还有我没买homebase，直接2g，没有你说的录像情况不能live，都是随时能看。
