: I spent over 450 just to get the Time Freeze Cream freebie. There was supposed to be a freebie when I placed the order, but I didn't receive it! Called customer service, and they said if you get the freebie, then you do, and if you don't, you just don't! It's understandable to cancel the order directly if there's no freebie, but receiving the order without the freebies and then having to return it via USPS is a waste of time. Also, received a birthday code on December 1st for a sample gift, but because the freebie was out of stock, it hasn't been shipped. If you can't afford to give, then don't!
