: Used it for almost 10 years—works perfectly with zero issues. Key is heating the pan before adding oil. The newer models have even easier-to-clean lids, so I'm planning to upgrade.

: The best non-coated pan is cast iron. If weight is a concern, go for carbon steel.

: The pot is generally okay, but the after-sales service is really great. If there's an issue, they replace it for free. I bought a set from Costco a few years ago, and when the coating peeled off, I emailed them and they immediately sent a new one.
