: Just a heads-up for everyone: I bought a sauna blanket, and the first time I used it, I found the tag was dirty. I sent several emails communicating with customer service, and they kept asking for photos, then videos. Later, they said I could return or exchange it and gave me a link. When I bought it, I used a 10% Dealmoon discount, but for an exchange, I'd have to pay the difference to the original price. For a return, the taxes are not refunded, and they might charge a 10% restocking fee. Basically, you can buy their product, but don't even think about returning it. 帮大家避雷，买了桑拿毯，第一次用的时候发现标签上是脏的。跟客服沟通发了好几封邮件，一会又让上传照片，一会又让上传视频。后来说可以return或者exchange，给了我个链接。买的时候用了DM的九折，exchange的时候要按原价补钱，return的选项税是不退的，还有可能要收10% restocking fee。主打就是一个买它产品可以，退你是别想退的。
