: It’s better to avoid using open flames. The description doesn’t mention it, and after looking it up, regular ceramics are generally not recommended for direct flame use unless specifically marked as fire-resistant ceramics. 还是不要明火了，介绍里没写，我去搜了下一般的陶瓷都是不建议明火的，除非有特殊标注的耐火陶瓷才可以
回复 @Sunshinemouse : Got it. Enameled pots are usually cast iron, but this one is pure ceramic. Being microwave and oven safe is good enough for me. 嗯嗯 珐琅锅本身可能还是个铸铁锅 这个是纯陶瓷 能微波炉和烤箱就够用的了
