Editor's Pick: The Vitamix is truly one of the most frequently used small appliances in the kitchen! Morning green juice, mom's favorite nutritious blends — it makes everything smooth and easy to absorb! In summer, it's essential for watermelon juice — save the sweet, sandy-textured center part, and don't waste the less sweet, whitish parts near the rind — toss them all in! If you don't like pulp, just strain it through a mesh sieve! You can also blend mung bean paste and red bean paste for Chinese pastries until smooth after cooking. With the full set of accessories, you can make all kinds of powders, almond butter, sesame powder, powdered sugar, chop vegetables, grind meat — anything is possible!
