Editor's Pick: Amazon offers two of its own TV brands: the Amazon Fire TV Omni Series and Amazon Fire TV 4 Series. The 4 Series is the economical version with built-in Fire TV smart system that integrates perfectly with Alexa voice assistant. Despite being an entry-level model, it still supports 4K Ultra HD, HDR 10, HLG, and Dolby Digital Plus audio.
The Omni Series collections, like the $120 Fire TV Cube, comes with hands-free Alexa support, allowing you to watch your favorite content without using the remote control. With its built-in microphone, you can simply command Alexa to play your favorite shows or movies, or control your smart devices. If you're concerned about privacy, Amazon has added a switch that electronically disconnects the microphone. The Omni series also supports two-way video calling through Alexa Communications, but you'll need to purchase a compatible webcam separately.
