Some nice managers might even exchange sizes if they have stock since website doesn't allow exchanges (must return and rebuy) 不用运费，会给一个ups的label，在cvs，ups这些地方都可以寄走，或者直接去线下退货也行，碰到好的经理店里有货可能还直接给你换尺码，因为官网是不能exchange的，只能退了再买

回复 @石原你美 : Both of mine are from the official website, but one is very loose. It might be due to different origins. My first batch of shoes was made in Vietnam, and the two pairs I bought later were made in Indonesia. 我这两个都官网的，但一个就非常松，可能分产地。第一批我的鞋子是越南产地，后面买的两双是印尼产。
