: The return process here is so slow and terrible. I sent my September order back to the return address a month ago and haven't received a single email. Emailing customer service was useless too. Unless you're buying something you don't plan to return, better avoid this place. 这家退货好慢好差 我九月订单寄到退货地址一个月了 一封邮件也没有 发邮件给客服也没用 除非买了不想退 不然避雷吧
回复 @国风飒飒 : I sent it on Friday and it arrived by Monday, but it's already been a month since they received it. I emailed them and they just keep dragging it out... It's really frustrating. And the worst part is having to pay for the return shipping myself. 我周五寄的 下周一就到了 然后收到已经一个月了 我发邮件 就跟我磨叽。。。真的是太无语了 关键还要自付运费
