: Try calling multiple times to reach different customer service reps—their approaches vary. The first rep told me no 30% because the item was already half-price. When I asked why others got it but I didn't, they said they'd check and call me back in four hours. The second rep said the 30% gift card would arrive one month after delivery to prevent returns after receiving the gift card. I asked if they could just refund the difference, but they refused. The third rep was super polite and patient—after confirming I had signed up via email and phone, they directly refunded the difference. 💛

: Regarding the 30% gift card, you just need to enter your email + phone number, then place the order via the SMS link. After placing the order, you will receive an email as shown in the screenshot. After opening it, you can choose between two types of cashback: one is Peloton Appeal's own, which gives an extra 25%, and the other is a regular Visa gift card. I chose the second option, which has a certain holding period. It currently shows it can be used on 8/6.
