: You can just stick it on! If you have a little whitehead, stick the patch on at night and by the next day it’ll be more raised, and usually when you peel it off the white stuff comes out with it. Personally, if I see a whitehead I’ll squeeze it out and then stick on a patch for faster healing and to help with inflammation. 也可以，要是只是冒了一点白点晚上贴上之后第二天就会鼓出来，基本一撕也就破了 白色的自己就跟着出来了，我是如果有白点了就挤出来贴上，这样消炎能快一点

Typically, I change it every 6–8 hours, or whenever I see the patch getting a white bump—that's when it needs to be replaced. 挤出来之后再贴的话吸收的可能更快一些，我用的那种刚贴上可能会有点疼，一般是6-8个小时换一下，或者看着痘痘贴上有白色的凸起就是需要更换了
