: Have you already paid? It's normal to be taxed if it's over 800. They're quite reasonable; you can take your tax receipt to customer service, and they can usually reimburse you with 110% or 120% in credit for future purchases. 已经交钱啦？超800被税正常的，他家挺人性的，你拿着税费收据找客服去，正常可以给你返110%或者120%的credit以后消费用

回复 @月光如盐 : Only the earrings are mismatched left and right, not the necklace. Right now the price is quite low, so you could pick the cheapest one and try it out. Even though it's not real pearl, it really doesn't look cheap at all and doesn't have a plastic feel. 只有左右不对称耳环是，项链不是哦。现在价格确实蛮便宜了，你可以挑一个最便宜的试试，虽然不是真珍珠，但感觉真的不廉价没有塑料感。
回复 @月光如盐 : I bought studs and two mismatched singles (see pic I posted before), plus a necklace, but they're all sold out now. The quality is nice—feels premium, not cheap, though some of the pearls are synthetic (so just FYI if that matters to you). 我买过他家一对耳钉和两只单只的mismatch（见图，我之前贴过）还有一条项链，不过都已经卖光了，质感都可以，满高级的没有廉价感，但有些不是真珍珠只是合成珠子(如果你介意的话)。

: I placed an order on SSENSE for $1021 after tax and got hit with duties. When USPS delivered it, they demanded cash payment for the duties. After paying, they gave me a form (CBP FORM 3419AL), had me sign it, and handed it back to me. I contacted SSENSE customer service afterward and provided this evidence via email, but the rep had no clue what the form was and stubbornly insisted it was just a payment notice, refusing to issue a credit. They demanded a formal electronic POS receipt—but I paid in cash! How could I possibly have that? SSENSE told me to contact USPS, but USPS confirmed this form IS the official document.
