Returns are accepted within 30 days. The merchant does not accept returns for certain food items, personalized goods, and products marked as "Final Sale." Gift Card Promotion Important Notes:

- Regarding gift card returns: If you spent $1055 and received a $100 gift card, and then returned an item worth $45, the total amount after the return would still be $1010, which exceeds the $1000 threshold, so you would still be eligible for the $100 gift card. If you returned an item worth $65, the total amount after the return would be $990, which falls below the $1000 threshold but exceeds the $500 threshold. In this case, the gift card would be downgraded from $100 to $50.
If you need to return an item but are concerned about downgrading: Please call or chat with customer service online. Provide your order number and explain that you wish to return a specific item but do not want to be downgraded. Instead, you would like to purchase another item to replace it. Then, ask the customer service representative to help you place an order for an additional item that will prevent the downgrade.
