回复 @摘西红柿去了 : Yes, buying the ones with integrated wide shoulder straps is comfortable. Don't buy the ones with hook straps as they tend to pull and dig in during exercises. The ones with built-in elasticity are quite good. 嗯嗯买那种连体宽肩带的舒服，不要买挂扣肩带的运动过程中拉扯就容易勒，一体带弹性挺好

If you're in the north, you could layer them under a down jacket. If you're further south, they'd work as a lightweight jacket. 我还以为他家有毛衣还是抓绒的呢 想着肯定暖和，看了一圈发现是帽衫，还行比单的暖和，北部地区可以穿里面再穿羽绒服，靠南一点的感觉可以当个小外套了
