Also got a TV/media console originally priced at $900+, discounted to $599. Thought it wouldn’t be cheap junk, but halfway through assembly, realized the "wood" panels were barely thicker than cardboard. Gave up—no returns or exchanges, just accepted the loss. Never again. 这是跟钱有多过不去在这家买家具。打折399买的沙发用了几个月中间出现个坑。原价900+折后599买的电视六斗柜，想着也不算便宜，直接拆开包装拿着安装说明上手，装到一半发现那个木板就比纸板厚点。算了也不退不换自认倒霉。自此之后一生黑。

: Don't buy from this seller. I purchased a dining table in early November last year, and they kept delaying delivery. Eventually, by March, I couldn't take it anymore and canceled the order. The customer service was terrible, saying that there was no compensation for delayed shipments and that I just had to wait. I also bought six dining chairs separately, and the quality was extremely poor! The experience was so bad that I will never buy anything from them again in my life! Consider this a warning to think twice before buying. Honestly, all their products are from Mainland China, and shipping them yourself would cost about the same, at least you won't have to put up with such terrible service!!!!!!! 別买这家，我去年11月初买了餐桌，不停给我延迟送货，最后延到三月份我受不了了就退了，客服那边态度也很差，说什么延迟出货是没有任何补偿只能干等。然后另外买了六张餐椅，质量极其差！体验差到我这辈子都不会再在这家买任何东西！在此奉劝各位要三思，说白一点全都是国内货，自己掏运费运过来也差不多价格，但起码不用受那种鸟气！！！！！
