: I returned 3 clothing items at the store. When I arrived, they said they couldn't process the return directly in-store. After checking, the clothes were new, just the wrong size. They asked for a return reason and said the items need to be sent back to the supplier, and it'll take 10-14 days to receive a refund. I initiated the return on May 11, but so far, I've only received a partial refund. Bloomingdale's says they have refunded me, but I purchased for $135.76 and only got back $93.74, with $42.02 missing.
