I placed one order, and they shipped each clothing item in a separate package—10 packages in total! When one package went missing, they told me to contact DHL myself and refused to refund. Returning items is a hassle and they charge $25 per item, not per order. The worst part is, even after returning the goods, you don't get your money back.
