: This pot is great, I'm currently using the exact same one. It's been over 3 years and the non-stick effect is still excellent. At this price, I decisively bought one of each. Now I can use them for 10 years. 这个锅子好，现在就在用这个一模一样的锅子，3年多了，不沾效果还是很好，这个价格果断各买一个，这下可以用10年了。

: Not great, can withstand temperatures up to 140F, which is about 60°C water. 不太行，能承受到140F的温度，差不多60度的水吧

回复 @匿名用户 : Just spray a little oil and it won't stick; cooking without oil makes it sticky. 要喷一点点油就 不粘 ，不放油煮是粘的。
