: I bought over a dozen bottles last June, intending to give them to family and friends when they returned to Mainland China in June. All the honey I received had an August expiration date, and the free gift bottle expired in June. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new gift bottle, saying they would handle the remaining bottles, but I never heard back from them. 我上次6月份时买的10几瓶本来想着家人6月份回中国送家人朋友，收到全部蜂蜜都是8月过期，赠品送一瓶但是6月过期，后来联系客服，有寄了一瓶新的赠品给我，客服说会帮我处理剩下的10几瓶，结果一直没消息。
