回复 @sqin : For first-time A-retinol users, build tolerance first. Start with serum - half pump 2-3 times/week, then increase to full pump. If no peeling, add cream. I alternate products, usually don't layer them. 之前没用过 A醇要先建立耐受，刚开始可以先用精华，第一个周大概一次用半泵，一周两三次，后面根据自己的接受情况，一次一泵，没有皮肤爆皮问题啥的，就可以上面霜，我都是穿插着用，一般不叠加
