回复 @卞可007 : They're fine for Western cooking, especially thicker ones, but stir-frying rice or noodles is asking for trouble. For burnt-on food, try baking soda and Bar Keeper's Friend! I already have some stainless steel pans - wanted a big one for stews, especially tomato-based ones. My worry is the clad layer might be too thin , leading to uneven heating and warping, which makes sticking worse.
