: According to their policy, most reasonable returns (excluding final sale items) can be made within 28 days for free. However, they may deduct $4.99 for some cases. Just initiate the return from your order, and they'll email you a QR code or return label. 他们家政策写的大部分合理退货的用户只要不是final sale28天内是可以免费退货的，有一部分他们是会扣4.99的，从订单里创建退货就可以了，会给你邮件发二维码或者退货标签

: My black-and-white Panda pair doesn't feel abrasive. For shoes that do rub, you can soften them by applying a damp cloth. 我的黑白熊猫的不觉着磨，好像磨脚的拿湿布敷能给敷软

: They're suitable for both casual wear and running. Personally, I think they're great for daily wear; might be a bit heavy for running. They look better from the side than from the front. Some people say they rub the heel, but I generally buy a larger size, so I haven't encountered that issue. 属于休闲 跑步都行的，我个人感觉日常穿合适，跑步可能有点沉了，上脚侧面比正面好看很多，也有人说后面磨脚，我一般买的码数都偏大磨脚这个问题我没遇到哈
