: No installation needed, it's pretty much all in one piece, a huge box 📦. You just need to assemble the footrest yourself, delivery only to the door. You can ask them to carry it upstairs, but they might not help you, and you'll have to tip them whether they carry it up or not. 不需要安装 已经差不多是一体的，好大一箱子📦。就自己装个脚踏，只送货上门。可以要求他们搬上楼，不过不一定帮你，搬不搬上楼都要给小费

If it’s placed on the ground floor, it’s easy to move because it has wheels. You just lift one side and drag it like luggage. By the way, that website is really bad, the order status didn’t update at all, then suddenly the logistics company called me. At first, I thought it was a scam, and the website still hasn't updated anything. 使用感觉还不错，力度很大，我选的是curbside，让送货人放在我家正门口，我家里人多，自己拖回去的，如果放在一楼的话，很容易搬运，因为有轮子，抬起一段像拉行李一样就可以带走，顺便说一下，那个网站真的很差，订单状态完全没有更新，突然物流就打电话了，刚开始我还以为是骗子，然后网站还是没有任何更新
